These terms cover AutoPitch’s personalized cold-email draft generator, its configured workflow, and your review before sending any message.

Using AutoPitch
Use the AutoPitch draft generator only for lawful, legitimate communication. Do not use it to create deceptive, abusive, or harmful messages, or to disrupt the site or its configured workflow.
You are responsible for the information you submit and for having the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to use a prospect’s name and email address for the requested purpose.
Prospect details and your offer
The generator accepts your applicant name, a prospect name, the prospect’s email address, and a description of your offer. On submission, the website sends all four fields to the webhook configured for the project so its workflow can prepare a draft.
In this version, the webhook is configured for localhost:5678. You are responsible for checking the destination and any connected automation or AI providers, including their access, storage, and data-retention practices, before submitting real information.
You must comply with applicable privacy, direct-marketing, and electronic-communications laws, including any consent, identification, and opt-out requirements that apply to your message.
Generated drafts
AutoPitch returns draft text for you to review and edit. It will submit the edited recipient, subject, and body to the configured approval webhook only when you click “Approve & send email.” The connected workflow may send the message. AutoPitch does not verify prospect details or guarantee that generated text is accurate, original, appropriate, or effective.
Review and edit each draft before sending. You are responsible for its claims, personalization, recipient, sending method, and compliance with applicable law and third-party email-platform rules, including honoring opt-outs.
Availability and disclaimers
The project is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Draft generation depends on the configured webhook and any services in its workflow; those services may change or become unavailable.
Nothing on this page promises delivery, inbox placement, replies, meetings, or a particular business result. You choose whether and how to send a generated draft.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be revised as AutoPitch changes. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you should review the revised terms.
