AutoPitch creates a draft for you to review. If you click “Approve & send email,” the edited recipient, subject, and body are submitted to the configured approval webhook, whose n8n workflow may send the email. Review the workflow and its connected services before entering real prospect data.

Information you enter

The AutoPitch generator asks for your name as the applicant, your optional portfolio URL, the prospect’s name, the prospect’s email address, and a description of your offer. These details provide context for the draft request. If you approve and submit a draft, the edited prospect email, subject, and body are also sent to the approval workflow, which may deliver the message.

When you submit the form, all five applicant and prospect fields are sent as JSON to the n8n webhook URL entered on the generator page. The page initially uses a local n8n test URL; you can replace it with your own test or production webhook URL. The n8n workflow and any connected providers may receive the submitted details.

How the generator uses your details

Your name, optional portfolio URL, the prospect’s name and email, and your offer are sent to the configured generation workflow to create a personalized draft. The response is displayed in your browser for you to review, edit, and copy. When you click “Approve & send email,” the edited recipient, subject, and body are sent to the approval webhook at http://localhost:5678/webhook-test/approve-email. The configured n8n workflow may then send the email.

The page does not define whether the workflow or its connected AI services retain, log, or further process a request. Those practices depend on your workflow configuration and providers. Check their privacy and retention settings before using real prospect information.

External services

The website loads Tailwind CSS and Google-hosted Material Symbols from third-party hosts. Those providers may receive standard connection information, such as your IP address and browser request details, when your browser requests these assets.

The draft workflow may also send the submitted fields to AI or automation providers that you connect. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy notices. The project does not include user accounts.

Your choices and responsibilities

  • Only submit prospect information you are authorized to use for this purpose and have an appropriate legal basis to process.
  • Use fictional test data while configuring or testing the local webhook.
  • Check the workflow and provider settings to understand data access, storage, and deletion; contact the workflow operator about those practices.
  • Review and edit every generated draft before deciding whether to send it.

Policy changes

This policy should be updated if the generator’s inputs, webhook destination, or connected services change. The date above indicates when this page was last revised.
